
At all of the facilities under the management of LMS, they have consistently been able to significantly increase sales and patronage compared with previous years, whilst improving customer service and reducing risk. This has been accomplished by investing into income producing components and innovative programming and marketing that has attracted a dramatic increase in the number of aged pensioners, females and juniors participating at the facilities whilst developing and maintaining positive relationships with local communities.
Since its inception, LMS has developed its services in a way to improve the delivery of programs within this area. Some of these new services include a tailored facility software package, a programmed approach to the development of golf and tennis programs, introduction of innovative health and fitness programs, strategic marketing initiatives and understanding the importance of staff empowerment.
